Houston police stated that they will not identify the victim of the shooting until his family has been notified and ID verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is made.
According to police, the victim was a Black man in his 20s. According to Click2Houston, the shooting occurred at 2:40 AM at a private party at a local bowling alley.
Fox 26 Houston reporter shared a clip from a news conference. A spokesperson confirmed that police were informed that Migos members Takeoff (28), and Quavo (28), were present at the scene. It is unknown if Offset, the third member, was present at the private gathering.

Police tweeted that officers responded to a shooting in downtown Houston, and that one victim had been found dead. Later, it added that two additional victims were taken in private vehicles to hospital.
Migos’ agent and publicist could not be reached immediately for comment on Tuesday morning.
